To adjust the temperature, direct the remote towards the unit to turn the air conditioning on, off or to make necessary changes. The temperature can be set to a minimum of 62.6°F (17°C)  and a maximum of 86°F (30°C). To turn off the temperature displayed on the unit, hold the “Light Off (3s)” button at the bottom right for three seconds.  the LED button on the bottom right of the control.

Marshall Speaker

Enjoy music during your stay with the Marshall Emberton speaker. To use it, press and hold the power button on top of the speaker until it turns on. On your phone, open Bluetooth settings and select “Fermata || Speaker” from the list of available devices. Once connected, you can control volume and playback directly from your phone or using the control knob on top of the speaker.

Smart TV in Suites

To use a specific app, simply log in to your account and start enjoying it.

Coffee Station

Located in our Restaurant Area, Fermata offers complimentary coffee, tea, fruit and homemade breakfast breads daily from 6am to 11am, as well as freshly baked cookies, fruit and fruit-flavored water from 11am to 6pm.

Beach House

For a more casual moment, head to Fermata Beach House for coffee, smoothies, local beers or light bites. Open from 6am-6pm.

Fermata Kitchen

Our onsite restaurant, Fermata Kitchen, offers hotel guests the opportunity to connect with the Santa Teresa community through a blend of casual and fine dining options, as well as a vibrant après surf scene. The menu offers the highest quality and freshest ingredients at every meal.

We do offer Laundry Service. Please note that we use biodegradable products and our service is a wash, dry and fold service only. We cannot handle anything that requires special care, dry cleaning or is color fast. Rate depends on the type of garment.
